Cats accepted with the following restrictions:

$250 non-refundable pet fee, $20 per month pet rent, and must be spayed/neutered.

Dogs accepted with the following restrictions:

Dog(s) must be registered on the DNA Poo Prints program and pay the $40 registration fee per dog

$300 non-refundable pet fee, $30 per month pet rent,and must provide proof of updated shot records.  No aggressive breeds allowed.

Utilities: Woodside Park pays heat, water, sewer, and trash pick-up. Resident is responsible for electricity, cable, and internet.
