I mean this very genuinely. I’m not the type to leave reviews anywhere. I find it corny but the way that management handles maintenance and request is the best I have ever seen. I put in a request for my broken AC and the following day they provided me with a new one up-to-date and fix and every other maintenance request that I’ve had since I moved in three months ago has been taken care of the very next morning genuinely very appreciative of the maintenance crew and the management. thank you all for all the hard work you do
I lived Christopherson properties over 4 yrs I never had any problems The staff are super Friendly's & helpful.
The buildings are quite, clean and they have big parking lot always available, and if you call any help for maintenance they coming so fast this guy's are amazing.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this Terrance Townhomes complex. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking and great amenities.
The neighbors are respectful, and the community has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The location is super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and major highways—yet still quiet enough to feel like a private retreat.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live!

My mother and I have lived at Town Terrace for almost 15 years and we absolutely love it. Management is great and friendly, they always keep us informed of what's happening. Laura is wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing! They work hard to make sure everything is fixed quickly and efficiently. Overall, we've enjoyed living here and have had no issues.

Sincerely, one of the best, quietest places (Lynwood flats in Richfield) to rent from. Neighbors are all extremely kind, management was always helpful and maintenance was always on top of things. Also the backyard view into the small woods was immaculate. So many animals come and visit and entertained my cats. Also the price for a 2 br is insanely good. On top of that you’re close to pretty much everything you need. The downtown, the malls, the theater, etc. all within 15 min? Cmon— it’s the best apt I’ve ever lived in. Ty for the two years Minnesota and thank you especially to Christopherson Properties/Lynwood Flats.
