Qualifications

We use a 3rd party screening company. They are looking for:
  • An income of two and a half times the rent
  • A credit score of 550 or higher
  • 1 year of positive rental history
  • No Unlawful Detainers/ Evictions in the past 5 years
  • You cannot owe a landlord or utility company money
  • Some criminal history may result in denial of the application

APPLICATION

Download this application packet, fill out your information,  then stop in at one of our Iowa property locations to start the application process.

Residents: $40 Standard Application Fee– Each adult applying at Christopherson Properties must fill out an individual application.  All adults (18+) occupying the residence are required to be approved and sign the Rental Agreement for the property.  Every resident of the apartment is required to be listed on the Rental Application.
Deposit/Application Fee: Upon submission of application, two individual payments are required (checks or money orders)- 1- Application Fee, 2- Deposit.  There is a $40 application fee per adult.  We use a third party screening company for credit scores, criminal reports and evictions.  Rental references and income verifications are completed by Christopherson Properties.  These are used to determine application approval or denial and deposit amount.
